On 25Th May 2008, peacefully at his home Jack aged 74 years, eldest son of the late John Henry and Doris Banks of Read, father of Karen and John, loving brother of Stephen, Ann, Raymond, Kathleen and the late Brian and also a dear brother in law and uncle. The service and cremation will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Monday 2nd June at 11.00am.
